This individual is responsible for building and implementing enterprise-wide brand and marketing strategies that support long-term business goals and ensure consistency across the full portfolio of properties. The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, project leadership, and brand governance, acting as a centralized resource and liaison between corporate leadership, brand teams, and external partners. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Lead development of integrated marketing strategies that support enterprise brand goals, drive awareness, and align with company-wide business objectives | Collaborate closely with brand marketing teams, creative services, media, and agency partners to ensure alignment across all campaigns and initiatives | Serve as a key contributor to corporate brand planning, including seasonal campaigns, portfolio storytelling, brand architecture development, and enterprise partnerships | Oversee the execution and delivery of high-priority initiatives that span multiple departments, properties, or partner stakeholders | Champion brand consistency across all internal and external-facing touchpoints, reinforcing core brand positioning and tone of voice | Provide strategic oversight and thought leadership across campaign planning, messaging frameworks, creative briefing, and activation roadmaps | Evaluate performance of marketing efforts and share actionable insights to optimize future planning and resource allocation. | Act as a brand steward within the organization, guiding stakeholders through corporate marketing protocols, creative processes, and strategic reviews | Stay ahead of trends in consumer behavior, digital innovation, and marketing best practices, applying relevant insights to enterprise-level marketing strategy |
