The Senior Manager of Brand Marketing plays a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the strategic marketing direction for MGM Resorts International at the corporate level. This individual is responsible for building and implementing enterprise-wide brand and marketing strategies that support long-term business goals and ensure consistency across the full portfolio of properties. The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, project leadership, and brand governance, acting as a centralized resource and liaison between corporate leadership, brand teams, and external partners.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Lead development of integrated marketing strategies that support enterprise brand goals, drive awareness, and align with company-wide business objectives

Collaborate closely with brand marketing teams, creative services, media, and agency partners to ensure alignment across all campaigns and initiatives

Serve as a key contributor to corporate brand planning, including seasonal campaigns, portfolio storytelling, brand architecture development, and enterprise partnerships

Oversee the execution and delivery of high-priority initiatives that span multiple departments, properties, or partner stakeholders

Champion brand consistency across all internal and external-facing touchpoints, reinforcing core brand positioning and tone of voice

Provide strategic oversight and thought leadership across campaign planning, messaging frameworks, creative briefing, and activation roadmaps

Evaluate performance of marketing efforts and share actionable insights to optimize future planning and resource allocation.

Act as a brand steward within the organization, guiding stakeholders through corporate marketing protocols, creative processes, and strategic reviews

Stay ahead of trends in consumer behavior, digital innovation, and marketing best practices, applying relevant insights to enterprise-level marketing strategy
