The Senior Product Manager of Marketing Technology Products will lead the strategy, innovation, and delivery of our Marketing Technology ecosystem. This leadership position will define the future of MGM's marketing technology platforms, ensuring they not only meet evolving business needs but also elevate every guest interaction with real-time, hyper-personalized, seamless, and memorable experiences. Serving as a product evangelist and cross-functional collaborator, the Senior Product Manager will play a critical role in advancing MGM's position as a hospitality leader in guest engagement, loyalty, and digital innovation.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Define and communicate the Marketing Technology product vision aligned with business goals, guest engagement models, and market trends.

Translate business vision into a comprehensive product strategy with clear business outcomes and measurable milestones.

Own and maintain a multi-year product roadmap with defined priorities and delivery timelines.

Establish and track product KPIs to measure performance, adoption, and ROI.

Conduct continuous market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.

Collect and integrate guest and stakeholder feedback to shape the product roadmap.

Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Partner with engineering teams in Agile processes (scrums, sprint demos) to ensure alignment and delivery.

Lead end-to-end product development and go-to-market activities for new features and solutions.

Drive cross-functional collaboration with business, engineering, legal, privacy, and vendor teams.

Monitor adoption and usage of new marketing product features to ensure business impact and guest satisfaction.

Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and adapt to scope changes.

Champion innovation by staying ahead of emerging marketing technologies and tools.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.

Serve as the voice of the product with internal and external stakeholders, representing Martech product vision and progress.
