Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Partner with corporate function leaders, including Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Workforce Management, to define and execute a comprehensive, multi-year technology strategy. Shape the digital transformation roadmap and drive significant, measurable business outcomes. | Lead the modernization of core supply chain systems. This includes enhancing existing solutions and leading the evaluation and implementation of new, best-in-class platforms to design scalable, resilient architectures that support multi-property operations, omnichannel experiences, and long-term growth. | Lead the modernization of financial ERP systems, including enhancing existing platforms and leading the evaluation and implementation of new, best-in-class solutions to drive operational efficiency and financial performance. | Modernize the F&B recipe management system and waste optimization to meet business goals. | Lead the modernization of workforce management systems, leveraging AI and other innovative solutions to optimize employee schedules and enhance operational efficiency across the organization. | Enhance the overall employee experience and efficiency by leveraging technology to streamline workflows and improve access to information and tools. This includes elevating the employee portal by implementing new features and continuously improving usability. | Continuously optimize technology services and operational processes. Identify and implement opportunities for innovation, leveraging AI, automation, data integration, and emerging technologies to enhance employee experience and drive operational efficiency. | Oversee the entire corporate applications portfolio, ensuring continuous optimization of total cost of ownership (TCO) and system performance while rationalizing applications and improving overall value. |
