The Senior Communications Partner – Technology serves as a strategic partner within the Technology team, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive internal communications and branding initiatives that drive employee engagement, adoption of new tools, and alignment with organizational goals. 

 

This role combines strong communications expertise with creative storytelling and art direction to deliver impactful messaging, campaigns, and training programs across the enterprise. The position requires a communications professional who can anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity, consistency, and innovation in how technological advancements are communicated.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic communications and internal branding campaigns to increase awareness of technology initiatives, business priorities, and employee engagement programs.

Create, edit, and deliver high-quality content for multiple channels (videos, email blasts, presentations, training opportunities, social platforms, etc.).

Partner with creative teams to provide storyboards, art direction, and visual strategies that ensure compelling and consistent storytelling.

Stage, capture, and oversee production of photo/video content, leveraging best practices for post-production and distribution.

Build strong collaborative relationships with executives, managers, and cross-functional teams to align communications strategies.

Represent the Technology Communications team in key leadership meetings, providing updates, recommendations, and alignment on messaging.

Act as primary communications contact for assigned business areas, ensuring adoption of key messages and campaigns.

Conduct communications audits, proactively identify challenges/opportunities, and provide reporting with clear recommendations and action plans.

Drive innovation in communication methods, leveraging new tools and approaches to reach employees more effectively.

Develop and deliver departmental training and onboarding programs.

Create and facilitate mini training sessions across the corporation to educate employees on new technology advancements, ensuring adoption and confidence in using new tools.
