This role will directly contribute to the initiatives of the Enterprise AI & Automation Center of Excellence, focusing on building, deploying, and maintaining tools like Copilot extensions, AI agents, and RPA solutions. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Lead a team of engineers in developing and deploying automation and AI solutions. | Work closely with the Executive Director, Enterprise AI & Automation to translate business goals into technical requirements for AI and automation projects. | Develop and implement Copilot extensions, custom agents via Azure AI Foundry, and tenant-scoped RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) knowledge solutions. | Drive the adoption and technical implementation of automation platforms such as UiPath and Power Automate for operational workflows. | Collaborate with IT operations to implement AIOps platforms for proactive monitoring and automated remediation of IT issues, including incident management, log analysis, and anomaly detection. | Develop and maintain a robust governance framework for secure data usage, leveraging Microsoft Graph connectors and Entra ID ACLs. | Measure the impact of AI and automation solutions by defining and tracking key metrics, such as employee productivity gains and service reliability. | Assist in managing vendor partnerships with key technology providers like Microsoft and UiPath. |

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | KSAs | Deep understanding of AIOps frameworks and a strong technical background in developing and implementing AI and automation solutions. | Familiarity with key AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, and OpenAI Agent SDK, as well as Python ecosystems like Transformers, FastAPI, Haystack, and Llamaindex. | Proven experience in delivering enterprise-scale digital transformations with measurable ROI. | Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Copilot, Azure AI Search, Foundry, Entra ID, and Power Platform. | A high degree of analytical thinking, complex problem-solving, and continuous learning to stay current with evolving AI and automation technologies | Ability to communicate effectively and work both independently and collaboratively. |
