All duties are performed in accordance with department and property policies, practices and procedures. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Answer calls and emails, process reservations, confirmations and cancellations while handling special requests, sales calendars and amenities for convention groups. | Coordinate and schedule site tour agendas to include preparing keys, setting up dining and coordinating as needed with clients & other departments. | Prepare expense reports and maintain billing files for convention groups. | Collaborate with Banquets to assist with convention group needs as necessary, inventory control, work orders and scheduling. | Support Business Center needs for resort and convention guest shipping/printing requests including packaging, generating shipping labels and maintaining accurate postage/billing records. | Assist in responding to customer correspondence and requests as needed while providing exceptional guest service consistent with brand attributes and company service standards. |
