Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Provide critical reports and assist with claims and litigation made against the Company. | Plan, draft, and facilitate training and resources regarding the Company's legal policies and procedures. | Collaborate with executive leadership and legal counsel to support the investigation and resolution of complex legal matters, ensuring adherence to internal protocols, court deadlines, and regulatory compliance requirements. | Independently manage legal responses to inquiries and investigations from government agencies, providing strategic input and ensuring timely, accurate, and risk-aware submissions in coordination with Legal Counsel. | Prepare and present litigation and claims reports, delivering high-level analysis, strategic insights, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making and reduce legal exposure. | Develop and deliver legal training and resources to promote enterprise-wide awareness and compliance with the Company’s legal policies, procedures, and risk management practice. | Act as a key liaison between Legal and business stakeholders, driving timely investigations, developing response strategies, and ensuring consistent legal positioning across the organization. | Liaise with MGMRI leadership and assist internal and external legal counsel regarding investigating and responding to wide-ranging legal matters and ensure that internal and court deadlines as well as legal compliance guidelines are met. | Assist Legal Counsel with analyzing, drafting, and responding to government agencies’ requests. | Liaise with company stakeholders to timely investigate, plan, and prepare draft responses in coordination with Legal Counsel. |
