The Supply Chain Analyst supports data-driven decision-making across the procurement and sourcing functions by collecting, preparing, and analyzing spend, supplier, and inventory data. This role delivers routine reporting, supports performance metric tracking, and assists with the development of business insights to improve supply chain efficiency and cost effectiveness. Working under the direction of senior analysts or managers, this position is an essential contributor to procurement strategy execution, contract analysis, and sourcing support.

 

The candidate will collect, validate, and organize supply chain data from various systems, support the creation of KPI dashboards and reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive savings, compliance, and performance. It also includes maintaining data integrity and contributing to automation and process improvement initiatives within broader supply chain transformation efforts.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare, validate, and format data extracts from Coupa, Oracle, and other source systems to support spend and supplier analysis

Maintain and refresh standard reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as savings realization, category performance, and supplier compliance

Perform basic analyses such as historical spend trends, vendor utilization, and variance reporting

Assist in gathering data for total cost of ownership models, should-cost exercises, and other strategic sourcing tools

Collaborate with senior analysts to prepare charts, graphs, and summary slides for presentations

Troubleshoot data discrepancies and support root cause analysis under guidance from senior team members

Support ad hoc data requests from sourcing, finance, and operations

Participate in system testing, data clean-up, or metric definition projects as assigned

Uphold data accuracy standards and follow documentation protocols
