This role is responsible for delivering cost savings, process improvements, and supporting broader strategic sourcing initiatives in alignment with category and company goals. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories in alignment with company goals. | Lead Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, analyze supplier responses, and support award decisions. | Perform spend analysis and market research to identify sourcing opportunities and cost reduction strategies. | Negotiate and draft supplier agreements with guidance from Legal. | Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment and performance. | Collaborate cross-functionally to support project implementation and ensure contract compliance. | Track supplier performance metrics and manage resolution of operational issues. | Contribute to the identification of diverse and sustainable sourcing options. | Support the development of tools, templates, and best practices within sourcing. |
