Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Design and maintain enterprise-level architectural road maps for Workforce Management and HR applications (e.g., ReadyOn, Workday, UKG Pro Workforce Management), ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and IT governance. | Serve as the lead architect for Workforce Management and HR systems, balancing functional requirements with technical design to deliver secure, scalable, resilient, and compliant solutions. | Architect and govern integration strategies across Workforce Management and HR systems, leveraging standardized frameworks to ensure interoperability and data integrity. | Champion best practices for configuration, deployment, and life cycle management, driving adherence to architectural standards and governance models. | Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business requirements into sustainable architectural solutions. | Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Architecture team to ensure consistent application and enforcement of architectural principles, including security, compliance, and data governance. | Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing KPIs, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing enhancements with regards to labor forecasts and employee experience. | Stay knowledgeable of emerging trends in WFM, HR technology, and enterprise architecture, ensuring the organization remains competitive and future ready. | Drive a culture of innovation and excellence by enabling cross-functional collaboration and promoting continuous knowledge sharing across teams. |
