The Functional Lead Architect will partner directly with the Supply Chain senior leadership acting as a thought partner in shaping MGM's digital supply chain strategy. This leader will design scalable, resilient supply chain architectures that support MGM's multi-property operations, omnichannel guest experiences, and long-term growth in gaming, food & beverage, hotels, and entertainment. This role will have both strategic and execution responsibilities for supply chain operations. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Design and maintain a comprehensive supply chain process architecture spanning procurement, forecasting, inventory, logistics, warehouse operations, and supplier management. | Translate end-to-end workflows into functional ERP system designs, embedding controls such as 3-way match, freight audit, master data governance, and OTIF tracking while aligning with business KPIs. | Lead design for logistics and warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, inter-property transfers, transportation management, warehouse management, and cold-chain compliance. | Establish architecture blueprints, governance frameworks, user experience standards and best practices to ensure consistent adoption, compliance, and measurable value realization. | Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Food &Beverage, Hotel Operations, and Entertainment to ensure system design supports operational realities and drives KPI improvement. | Partner with IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure systems are fully aligned to MGM’s transformation roadmap. | Evaluate supply chain solutions for business opportunities around recipe management, waste management and inventory management. Leverage a mix of consultation skills, technical expertise, and industry domain knowledge to effectively implement supply chain technology solutions to achieve business results. | Drive continuous optimization of processes, workflows, and reporting. | Ensure master data integrity including items, suppliers, locations, categories, and units of measure, as well as integration across ERP, WMS, TMS, and analytics platforms. |
