This role drives incremental growth by structuring, negotiating, and activating high-value agreements that integrate MGM's core offerings—Rooms, Entertainment, and Food & Beverage—into partner ecosystems. While partnership frameworks are often standardized, this leader differentiates performance through disciplined portfolio strategy, thoughtful deal design, and effective activation that maximizes financial impact, guest value, and brand alignment. Working closely with Pricing, Distribution, Ticketing, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other corporate partners, the Executive Director identifies opportunities that deliver measurable enterprise value. Leveraging data-driven insights and strong commercial judgment, this role optimizes partnership economics, evaluates performance, and ensures alignment with enterprise priorities. Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Set and lead the enterprise strategy for revenue-generating third-party partnerships, ensuring alignment with MGM Resorts International’s growth priorities across Rooms, Entertainment, and Food & Beverage. | Cultivate, grow, and manage a portfolio of high-value partnerships, expanding existing accounts while selectively developing new relationships that deliver incremental revenue and strategic reach. | Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities through market insights, competitive benchmarking, and performance analytics, leveraging enterprise data sources (e.g., flight data, demand signals, guest behavior) to inform strategy. | Drive revenue growth through disciplined portfolio optimization, focusing on account performance, market mix, channel effectiveness, and partner contribution by segment and geography. | Influence pricing, packaging, and offer strategy in partnership with Revenue Management, Distribution, and Ticketing teams to ensure partner offers are competitive, profitable, and aligned with enterprise yield objectives. | Guide partner-facing merchandising and go-to-market execution, collaborating with Marketing and Commerce teams to ensure third-party offers are clearly positioned, on-brand, and effectively activated across relevant channels. | Provide strategic oversight of ticketing partnerships, aligning with Ticketing and Entertainment teams to optimize distribution, demand access, and partner integration for live events and experiences. | Apply strong commercial and financial judgment to evaluate partnership economics, leveraging enterprise financial modeling, analytics, and risk assessment to inform deal structures and recommendations. | Lead and negotiate partnership agreements that deliver long-term value while balancing financial performance, operational feasibility, brand integrity, and risk mitigation. | Drive cross-functional alignment across Revenue Management, Marketing, Loyalty, Distribution, Ticketing, Technology, Finance, Legal, and TDD partners to ensure seamless execution of partnership strategies. | Champion continuous improvement and scalability by refining partnership processes, governance, and operating models to enhance efficiency and enterprise impact. | Serve as a senior enterprise representative for MGM, providing thought leadership internally, presenting clear business cases for executive approval, and representing the company at industry forums, partner meetings, and external events. |
