Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Develop, maintain and continuously improve talent strategies and programs that drive employee engagement, optimize performance and talent management, and strengthen recognition practices to achieve organizational goals | Drive the development, optimization, and execution of talent cycle processes while supporting strategies that align with succession planning goals and strengthen the organization’s leadership framework | Leverage diverse data sources to identify and assess opportunities that enhance talent strategies and elevate the employee experience, driving improvements to existing processes, systems, and methods | Collaborate across the organization to drive ongoing improvement to programs and initiatives that align with organizational objectives and strategic priorities | Work closely with corporate teams, property operations, and Human Resources to co-create, implement, share, and continuously enhance strategies that unlock and maximize talent potential | Use project management skills to manage work activities and timelines to facilitate the development, deployment, and enhancements of talent processes | Support the implementation of company-wide talent and performance management initiatives | Support the talent needs of the organization and drives a best-in-class culture |
