The candidate will design and manage the lineup of live and recorded programming across MGM studios, on-property activations, and remote shoots, owning the programming roadmap and content calendar, managing talent and show formats, and coordinating cross-functional partners (Interactive, Brand/Marketing, Casino Marketing, Hotel Operations, Production Tech, and external agencies) to deliver cohesive, high-impact live and social programming that grows audience, deepens engagement, and supports key campaigns. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Own the programming roadmap and weekly content calendar for Interactive live streams, studio shows, and digital series. | Oversee day-to-day content operations for studios, on-property activations, and remote productions in partnership with Production Tech, Property, and Interactive teams. | Define show formats, run-of-show, segment structure, and production requirements for recurring and special-event programming. | Manage outreach, booking, and scheduling for streamers, influencers, VIP guests, internal hosts, and third-party partners. | Serve as creative director for key shows and tentpole events, aligning talent, production techs, and creative/marketing stakeholders from pre-production through post. | Partner with MGM Interactive, Brand, and external agencies to connect programming with campaigns, promotions, and product launches. | Partner with Casino Marketing, Hotel Operations, and cross-property business units to align programming with rated player experiences and ensure deal points, entitlements, and program commitments are executed consistently. | Align on content needs (hero content, cutdowns, thumbnails, BTS, sizzles) and ensure timely delivery for digital, social, and paid media channels. | Maintain programming and publishing plans for key channels (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, MGM-owned platforms). | Monitor performance metrics (views, watch time, retention, engagement, CTR, conversion) and use insights to refine programming formats, scheduling, and distribution strategy. | Coordinate with Operations, IT, and Facilities to ensure studios, sets, and on-property locations are prepared for production. | Ensure programming adheres to brand guidelines, responsible gaming standards, legal/clearance requirements, and regulatory guidelines; manage releases and approval workflows. |
