Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Provide courteous and professional guest service by greeting guests, addressing inquiries about menu items, promotions, or casino offerings, and resolving or escalating concerns as needed while following all steps of service. | Maintain knowledge of scheduled daily activities and in‐house groups, daily house count, table/seat/station numbers, proper table set ups, room capacity, hours of operation, price range and dress code of the restaurant. | Accurately process and/or assist guests with Point of Sales (POS) transactions, self-service kiosks, and To-Go orders (cash, credit, vouchers, player comps, promotions, etc.) while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards. | Determine the size of the party and any special needs for seating, work with the party to locate and assist guests to their seating/table. Ensure tables and seats are clean and proper service ware is provided prior to seating guests according to restaurant standards. | Answer phones, keep accurate count of reservations and communicate the needs of the guests to the kitchen and management. Inform management of guest satisfaction and comments and assist management as needed to ensure smooth operation and quality service. | Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas. |
