You will help hire and train Game Presenters and provide ongoing coaching and training to Game Presenters to maintain a professional and fun atmosphere for customers. You will be responsible for overseeing staff scheduling, resolving guest complaints, and other operational tasks to ensure department and regulatory standards are met. All duties are to be performed in accordance with federal, state, local laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as department and Company policies, practices, and procedures. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Manage daily Game Presenter performance to ensure superior customer service and consistent execution. | Oversee Game Presenter adherence to policies and procedures. | Assist with refining policies, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics based on operational needs and MGMRI service standards. | Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training team members on department policies and procedures. | Handle escalated guest complaints in a timely and professional manner. | Correct gameplay mistakes in real time, document incidents, and generate required reports. | Monitor studio operations and technical stability, manage shift schedules, and serve as a relief Game Presenter when needed. | Maintain a professional and positive work atmosphere for the team |
