This role provides direct leadership to the on-floor teams, builds capability in supervisors, and drives a consistent, high-performance culture. You will ensure policy adherence, resolve operational issues in real time, and execute improvement plans that enhance efficiency, quality, and overall studio output. In addition to managing daily operations, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, support talent development, and partner with studio management to deliver against strategic objectives. Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Lead overall floor operations with a focus on consistency, coaching, and ensuring Game Presenter accountability. | Mentor and develop Supervisors, also support onboarding and training efforts, while reinforcing operational procedures. | Identify operational gaps and partner with leadership to implement process and performance improvements. | Monitor key performance metrics (handle, uptime/downtime, player engagement, player experience) and use insights to guide Supervisor coaching and corrective actions. | Serve as the escalation point for complex issues and coordinate with technical and service teams to minimize downtime. | Support scheduling, game assignments, and compliance with uniform, performance, and attendance standards across the operation. | Act as the liaison between Game Presenters, Supervisors, and Leadership to ensure alignment with departmental goals and standards. | Provide hands‑on support as a Game Presenter or Game Tech when necessary to ensure seamless operations. | Contribute to departmental planning efforts, including SOP creation and shift‑coverage structures |
