Reporting to the Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships & Commerce Media, this role serves as the operational backbone of MGMs on property and digital media network, ensuring flawless execution of paid commerce media campaigns across owned channels. The Manager owns end-to-end campaign operations, including trafficking, creative quality assurance, operational workflows, and cross functional coordination, and is empowered to make real time execution decisions with minimal direction. This position plays a critical role in delivering premium partner experiences while enabling scalable growth of MGM's commerce media business. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Own end‑to‑end trafficking and execution of all commerce media campaigns across MGM’s on‑property and digital media including out-of-home marquees, in‑room TV, on-property digital screens, mobile/app, and web placements. | Ensure all creative assets meet technical specifications, brand standards, and applicable regulatory requirements prior to launch. | Manage creative QA, flighting accuracy, content rotation, and campaign pacing to ensure flawless delivery. | Serve as the primary operational liaison to MGM’s designated commerce media sales agency. | Partner with Property Marketing, Corporate Brand, Digital Marketing, and Multimedia teams to review, approve, version, and publish creative assets. | Implement and maintain MGM’s content governance and delivery process in partnership with corporate and property brand and operations teams, ensuring campaigns remain in alignment with MGM's agreed upon content governance strategy. | Troubleshoot and resolve campaign delivery issues across hardware, software, and network dependencies. | Ensure precise campaign setup, reporting tags, proof‑of‑performance documentation, and post‑campaign validation, including digital / remote and physical / in-person content proof of play support. | Own revenue tracking, billing, reconciliation, and payment processes in partnership with Finance, Accounting, and Ad Sales. | Develop, document, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support scalable operations and consistent execution. |
