This role coordinates team workflow by aligning priorities, assigning resources, and tracking progress to ensure efficient execution across functions. This includes managing short term projects as well as long term operations. Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Lead and drive strategic operational systems across logistics, warehouse, floral and fabrication divisions by architecting and implementing enterprise-level handling, storage, resource optimization, and transport efficiencies. | Champion cross functional workflow integration and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize operational excellence across all departments. | Strategically oversee and take ownership of project portfolios, proactively communicating status, milestones, and critical path timelines to senior leadership, internal stakeholders and key vendor partners. Drive accountability and ensure alignment with organizational standards and client satisfaction objectives. | Design and champion comprehensive talent development strategies including skills advancement programs and cross departmental training initiatives to optimize workforce capability and resource flexibility. | Lead performance management, execute coaching, succession planning, and caeer growth programs for direct reports and extended team members | Provide strategic leadership and executive direction to department supervisors and managers on organizational policies, operational standards, and best practices. Ensure enterprise-wide compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. | Drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives that align with organizational diversity and inclusion commitments. Exercise executive authority over administrative decisions including resource allocation, time off approvals, and workforce planning for operations division. | Partner with Associate Director of Operations to develop and implement strategic training frameworks and operational standards. Lead initiatives that empower teams to proactively solve complex challenges and execute both day to day operations and high priority assignments with excellence. | Oversee strategic procurement and resource management for creative consumables, establishing vendor relationships and cost control measures aligned with organizational objectives. Ensure optimal inventory management, timely delivery, and strict budget adherence while maximizing value and quality. |
