The Lead Solution Architect Oracle EPBCS, Narrative Reporting & Enterprise Data Management (EDM) will own the architecture, governance, and strategic evolution of the enterprise planning and management reporting ecosystem. This role serves as the primary architectural and data governance authority for Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), Narrative Reporting, and Enterprise Data Management (EDM). This role partners closely with Corporate FP&A, Property Finance, Accounting, and IT to ensure consistent planning models, trusted master data, and clear financial storytelling across the enterprise.

Own the end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle EPBCS, Narrative Reporting, and Enterprise Data Management (EDM) across the enterprise.

Define and maintain the target state planning, reporting, and data governance architecture aligned to Finance strategy.

Design and build scalable EPBCS planning models supporting budgets, rolling forecasts, long range plans, and scenario/sensitivity analysis.

Serve as the final design and governance authority for dimensionality, calculations, metadata, and structural decisions.

Architect Narrative Reporting solutions that integrate financial results, KPIs, and executive commentary into board ready outputs.

Lead EDM domain design and governance for charts of accounts, departments, cost centers, entities, properties, and planning scenarios.

Communicate architecture decisions and roadmap direction to Finance and IT leadership, while mentoring FP&A end users.

Provide hands on technical leadership over EPBCS calculations, Groovy scripting, automation, and performance optimization.

Define, design, build, and govern integration and data flow architecture across source systems, EDM, EPBCS, and Narrative Reporting.

Act as the architectural escalation point for complex planning, reporting, metadata, and data consistency issues.

Own platform lifecycle and roadmap management, including quarterly Oracle updates, enhancements, and continuous improvement.

Partner with Corporate FP&A and Property Finance to translate planning, forecasting, and reporting needs into scalable system designs.

Bachelor's Degree

Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

Required

7+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience

Oracle EPM experience with a strong focus on EPBCS

Required

Hands on experience with Enterprise Data Management (EDM).

Required

Experience implementing or supporting Narrative Reporting.

Required

Experience in hospitality, gaming, entertainment, or multi property enterprises.

Preferred

Strong understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.

Required

Experience designing governed metadata and planning data flows.

Required

Ability to partner directly with senior finance stakeholders.

Required

Oracle EPM / EPBCS / EDM certifications.

Strong Smart View and executive reporting experience.
