The Senior Manager, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis, is responsible for providing advanced analytical support on key strategic projects for the Executive Director of Corporate FP&A. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations to effectively leverage a broad array of financial and operational data to generate actionable insights and inform high-level decision-making. The Senior Manager will also be tasked with integrating macroeconomic trends into financial forecasts and business analysis, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and detailed operational data.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive financial scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making, long-term planning, and business scaling initiatives

Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights and compelling narratives that inform strategic and tactical decision-making for senior leadership

Utilize and enhance financial KPIs and performance metrics to drive business insights and track progress against goals

Partner with the Executive Director and other senior leaders on ad-hoc strategic projects, providing robust analytical frameworks and sophisticated financial modeling

Support various business leaders with ad hoc operational and strategic analyses and projects

Analyze and integrate macroeconomic trends and external market data into financial models to provide a comprehensive view of business performance and outlook

Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations and reports for executive leadership that summarize key findings, underlying assumptions, and strategic recommendations

Collaborate with various business units to foster a deep understanding of their operational drivers and financial performance, ensuring alignment between corporate-level forecasts and departmental realities
