The Corporate Partnerships & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through corporate sponsorship sales, marquee advertising, premium seating sales, and integrated partnership opportunities across the MassMutual Center Arena, Convention Center, and The Landing. This role will lead the full partnership sales process from prospecting and relationship building to proposal development, contract execution, sponsor activation, and long-term account management. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, relationship-driven professional with experience in sponsorship sales, business development, marketing, and client engagement within entertainment, sports, hospitality, or venue environments. This position also supports select marketing initiatives, creative projects, and administrative functions in collaboration with the Director of Marketing and other internal departments. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission opportunities tied to sponsorship and sales performance.

 


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Generate revenue through corporate sponsorships, integrated marketing partnerships, and venue advertising opportunities across the Arena, Convention Center, and The Landing

Lead sales efforts for premium suites, loge seating, and hospitality experiences for concerts, sporting events, and special events

Manage all marquee advertising sales including prospecting, account management, fulfillment coordination, and creative asset communication

Prospect, secure, and maintain relationships with local, regional, and national businesses and premium seating clients through ongoing communication, hospitality, and client entertainment

Develop customized sponsorship packages and presentations, integrated marketing concepts, and partnership opportunities

Assist the Director of Marketing with select marketing initiatives including campaign support, creative development, social media concepts, media coordination, and promotional ideas as needed

Coordinate and oversee sponsor and premium fulfillment - including signage, digital assets, hospitality elements, event activations, promotional integration, and recap reports

Collaborate with marketing, operations, ticketing, and leadership teams on venue initiatives and revenue-driving opportunities and assist with event-day responsibilities and partnership activations as needed

Represent the venue at networking events, community events, trade shows, and venue events to identify and cultivate new business opportunities
