This leader is responsible for establishing and safeguarding the organization's overarching aesthetic standards, translating abstract narratives into breathtaking environmental realities and unforgettable guest journeys. By strategically overseeing capital expenditures (Capex), the Experiential Artistic Director evaluates and acquires high-value, long-term creative assets and emerging event technologies to continually expand the company's physical and sensory capabilities. Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Drive the initial conceptualization stages of projects, translating client objectives into breathtaking, immersive, and high-concept environmental designs.

Evaluate and recommend long-term capital purchases, including advanced event technology, modular scenic elements, and premier structural inventory, analyzing their strategic versatility, lifecycle value, and creative return on investment (ROI).

Direct and inspire the Creative Producer team, fostering a culture of boundary-pushing innovation, artistic excellence, and continuous professional growth through design-focused coaching and critique.

Develop and present compelling creative visions, design renderings, and high-level conceptual tools to executive leadership and premier clients, acting as the primary advocate for the artistic integrity of the work.

Collaborate closely with Technical Directors and Fabricators to ensure high-level artistic designs are structurally translatable, passing off finalized design parameters to the production and build teams.
