This role transforms MGM's outward-facing digital touchpoints into an aggressive enterprise growth engine, elevating how guests discover, book, experience, and repeat visits across the company's gaming, hospitality, and entertainment portfolio. Through executive oversight of Core Product Management, UX Design & Research, and Product Analytics, and in deep operational partnership with Engineering, Marketing, Loyalty, Revenue Management, and Property Operations, this executive unifies disparate digital surfaces into a frictionless, end-to-end guest journey while maximizing direct conversion velocity, booking share, and long-term customer lifetime value. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Directly leads, mentors, and scales a multidisciplinary organization comprising Core Product Management leaders, UX Design & Research, and Product Analytics & Growth Insights; fosters a flat, agile culture focused on high ownership and velocity. | Architects and executes the enterprise consumer digital product strategy, defining product vision, roadmaps, and commercial performance targets across native mobile applications, web surfaces, booking engines, guest profile management, and MGM Rewards loyalty integrations. | Defines an enterprise evaluation framework to prioritize artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning investments based on tangible customer friction points, commercial value, technical feasibility, and measurable ROI. | Institutes and scales a high-tempo conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experimentation engine to capture immediate revenue opportunities while methodically elevating conversion, direct booking share, cross-sell attach rates, and customer retention. | Establishes and governs a modern product operating system. | Unifies resort, entertainment, dining, and gaming inventory surfaces into a single, intuitive consumer experience, ensuring outward-facing digital touchpoints and on-property interactions operate as one cohesive guest journey. | Balances immediate conversion and margin-accretive opportunities with strategic, long-term platform capabilities required to compound enterprise scale and competitive differentiation. | Partners with enterprise data and engineering leadership to ensure foundational tracking, telemetry, and data infrastructure directly support customer problem resolution, algorithmic personalization, and business outcomes. | Collaborates across executive leadership teams, including Engineering, Brand Marketing, Loyalty, CRM, Revenue Management, and Property Operations—to eliminate operational silos, synchronize roadmaps, and co-own enterprise growth targets. | Establishes operational KPIs, telemetry dashboards, and executive reporting cadences to track product health, velocity, and commercial impact. |
