Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Verify aResponsible for running Over Credit Limit Report, handle disputes on Guest Folios, receive and verify credit card authorization forms | Perform the guest in house rate check and adjusts variances | Verify correct charges and credits are posted to the corresponding guest folio | Ensure cash and cash equivalents are audited and accounted for and balanced at the beginning and end of each work shift | Compile Tax Exempt Guest information and file at the end of each month | Audit employee cash lockers and validate amounts | Work with Accounts Receivable to post transactions for groups and handle convention invoicing | Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority |
