Job Profile Title: | Clerk Lost & Found | Job Code: | 14046 | Profile Title: | 14046 Clerk Lost & Found | Grade / Band: | 03 | FLSA Status: | Non-Exempt | It is the primary responsibility of the Lost and Found Clerk to answer phones, complete filing for the department, and process lost and found. All duties are performed in accordance with department guest service standards and MGM Resorts International policies, practices and procedures. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | File all lost and found/ Security related reports | Log, sort, store, and return all lost and found items to owners | Prepare lost and found items for shipping | Pull and sort unclaimed items for charity | Attempt to locate owner of lost items | Coordinate pick up of lost and found items from the hotel floors | Answer multi-line telephones and take messages for Security Department | Ensure employee accident reports are properly completed and filed for Worker's Compensation | Prepare security/lost and found paperwork for records retention |
