Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Remain alert to any suspicious activity, and communicate to direct report and/or other designated person; detect any procedural errors, potential cheating, or suspicious activity that may be a threat to the company | Notify Pit Manager and/or Casino Shift Manager on all procedural violations as well as communicate with the appropriate designated department supervision when the situation requires information to be disseminated; notify Direct Report and State Gaming Control Board and corresponding department Manager or Supervisor of all criminal acts | Report repairs of Surveillance equipment to appropriate persons | Maintain an extensive understanding of all casino games, including payoffs and game odds, rules, procedures, cheating methods, and advantage play methods | Maintain shift schedules and oversee the daily operations of a shift | Maintain video file evidence by saving video file to an alternative media; monitor Table Games, Casino Cage, Soft Count, Hard Count, Poker and all employees adjunct to Casino floor and operate CCTV and digital equipment | Maintain strict confidentiality of all property related issues, answer multi-line telephones and direct calls to the necessary department, prepare daily reports and logs, and testify in court if necessary as a representative for the Company | Cooperate with Gaming Control Board (GCB) and various outside agencies; attend company sponsored training classes and assist with department training | Supervise Operators and Lead Operators to ensure video documentation is thorough and that the infractions observed are correctly interpreted, review all written reports prepared by the Operators, and create methods of training to educate staff on all games and slots with direction and approval of Department Head, compose and administers counseling notices to Operators |
