As a Gym Attendant, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Check guests in and out of fitness facility
Disinfect gym equipment as well as maintain the cleanliness of the gym facilities
Provide beverages, towels, and other amenities to guests
Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with equipment or workout questions
Complete requests and services promptly in the time allotted
Pick up linen from dock as needed and push and pull linen bins to appropriate areas
Ensure the facility is stocked with water, towels, and headphones in the gym daily, and consistently
Oversee guests' needs throughout the gym
Offer guests ice towels and water in gym
Monitor the gym for general cleanliness and re-organize weights and other equipment

Required for All Jobs
Performs other job-related duties as requested
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
KSAs
Ability to recommend various workouts and stretching exercises for guests
Knowledgeable of a variety of fitness equipment
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
