Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Manage computerized maintenance management systems to prioritize, manage and dispatch maintenance team, complete assigned administrative tasks on a consistent basis | Recognize required needs of a fast-paced environment by using good judgment and the ability to multi-task; own all requests and complaints; resolve issues immediately and follow up to ensure the guest’s satisfaction; answer incoming calls and assist when necessary or direct calls to appropriate areas | Practice teamwork, create a positive work environment, greet fellow employees and thank them when they lend assistance; anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, no matter how busy or time of day; prioritize guest requests/dispatches | Knowledgeable of Department and Hotel goals; knowledgeable of hotel information to answer guest inquiries, and work under minimal supervision to complete tasks in a timely manner | Maintain a constant awareness of personal and property cleanliness, safety and accident prevention |
