You will stock all glassware, condiments, beer, paper products and other necessary items needed for efficient operation within beverage outlets. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Assist the bartender with preparation of drinks, mixes and garnishes | Ensure proper set up, labeling, stocking and delivery of alcohol, non‐alcoholic beverages, supplies, glasses, paper products, garnishes, and ice | Maintain cleanliness of beverage areas including all related assigned bar equipment, tools, supplies, trash removal, deep cleaning, sanitation and work area, to include cleaning refrigerators, counter tops, and mopping floors and ensure all are in proper operating order | Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment. | This includes but is not limited to completing required paperwork for bar transfers and dry stock deliveries. | Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft | Organize and maintain beverage pump room areas, including pump room products, storage rooms, and warehouses, and identify non‐stock items and alert management as necessary. | To include set‐up and breakdown of portable bars in designated areas |
