You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Coordinate the set-up and break down of conventions, meetings and banquets in the convention area | Maintain rapport with client and convention/services managers to ensure client satisfaction | Attend weekly pre-conference meetings on upcoming functions | Inventory miscellaneous items in order to maintain proper par stocks | Ensure proper and accurate set ups for events | Inform employees of policies contained in the management policy manual and ensure compliance | Handle employee concerns with the intent of solving situations to the satisfaction of all parties. | Perform other job-related duties as requested |
