All duties are performed in accordance with department guest service standards and MGM Resorts International policies, practices and procedures. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Greet all visitors and callers and address their needs | Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department | Respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff | Manage calendar with numerous last minute updates and conflicts, schedule various meetings | Work closely with the functional department groups as necessary | Arrange and coordinate air and hotel reservations | Reconcile expenses and submit reimbursables for processing | Maintain confidential files and honor the integrity of all information |
