As a Lead Arcade Attendant, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Arcade area. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Monitor the attendants in the performance of their assigned duties and assist when necessary
Retrieve prizes from stock room and complete paperwork as required
Monitor status of all games within the department
Perform clerical duties as required, including entering data into computer system, and communicating with other departments
Perform minor repairs of malfunctioning machines and annotate the maintenance record accordingly

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
KSAs
General knowledge of mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
Ability to read and write proficiently to evaluate reports, correspondence and statistical information
Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
Basic knowledge of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
