Serve beverages and food to guests in various areas around the Golf Course via motorized beverage cart.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Operate a motorized four-wheel vehicle designed to serve beverages and food on an 18-hole golf course
Maintain golf course etiquette while serving golfers and driving the course
Sell cigars and other related tobacco products
Mix and serve various alcoholic beverages as determined by Management
Maintain strong knowledge of all products offered and suggest accordingly
Handle cash, credit card and room charges according to company standards and procedures
Perform side work as assigned; ranging from filling ice bin on cart, filling coffee dispenser, restocking cart with beverages and food items, making coffee, stocking beer etc.
May be scheduled for a bartend/food service shift in the clubhouse as directed by Management
Perform other job-related duties as requested

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
KSAs
Knowledge of menu items, including characteristics of wine and champagne by the glass, major wines, liquor brands, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, terminology, and garnishes
Able to drive a motorized four-wheel vehicle in a safe manner
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail
