Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Maintain the highest standards to ensure the quality and cleanliness in required areas | Keep assigned area maintained in accordance with established policies and procedures and stocked with china, glasses and condiments or food product | Keep equipment and furniture properly maintained, clean, and free of marks | Maintain cleanliness of diner tables, assists in removal of trays, wiping of tables and straightening of chairs | Sweep and vacuum flooring | Know how to dismantle clean and reassemble food service equipment | Report emergencies and maintenance needs to supervisor | Perform other job-related duties as requested |
