Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Maintain predetermined inventory in each guest room’s mini bar | Maintain, track and complete daily worksheet for mini bar stock | Properly complete, maintain and track inventory in assigned storerooms | Maintain and complete assigned floors and rooms requesting mini-bar service | Report mini-bar concerns to management including any guest issues | Perform other job-related duties as requested |
