As a Cashier, you will be responsible for monetary transactions. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure procedures are being followed

Operate POS system

Handle money and credit transactions

Notify manager on duty of any guest concerns

Perform other job-related duties as requested

KSAs

Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm in very high-paced and stressful environment

Knowledgeable of a Point of Sales (POS) system including handling all monetary/credit transactions; including working knowledge of computerized cash registers

Knowledgeable of food and beverage operations and procedures

Excellent customer service skills as well as interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
