Job Profile Title: | Clerk Cage II TD | Job Code: | 14976 | Profile Title: | 14976 Clerk Cage II TD | Grade / Band: | 04 | FLSA Status: | Non-Exempt | The Cage Credit Clerk will assist guests, Casino Executives and Corporate Credit with information required to make credit decisions. Depending on property assets, may also assist with safety deposit box tasks. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Provide credit applications for guests, inform guest of required information and review completed applications to assure all needed information is present | Work closely with Corporate Credit to assure that all credit checks are complete | Create Players Club accounts for new guests; enter biographical data on new guests, update established accounts with new data if provided | Perform data research through Central Credit | At properties equipped with safety deposit boxes for guest use, will perform duties required to open and close out boxes for hotel guests as well as provide access for guests during their trip | Phone banking establishments in order to obtain bank ratings and verification of checks issued; scan and record identification and signature into a computer system | Assist in completing and handling proper distribution of Cage paperwork | Audit safe deposit boxes on a weekly basis and report findings to cage management | Gather information to and record on affidavit for executive review |
