All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental property policies, practices and procedures. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Assist the supervisor with daily operations of the race and sports book during assigned shift to ensure company compliance with policies and procedures | Monitor all tickets written, cashed, voided and monies wagered during his/her shift | Assist the supervisor with verifying cash drawers, completing reports, rating casino customer activity, monitoring race and sports book for suspicious activity | Maintain and reconcile a cash bank; responsible for accepting payment and making correct change when necessary. | Make payments on winning tickets in an accurate and timely manner; verify tickets and payoffs. | Handle writing/cashiering in accordance with department policy and procedures | Verify LED boards are correct and verify accuracy of guest informational sheets; provide guest informational sheets | Ensure the protection of customer’s rewards and adherence to credit lines |
