Job Profile Title: | Coord Casino Host | Job Code: | 15070 | Profile Title: | 15070 Coord Casino Host | Grade / Band: | 05 | FLSA Status: | Non-Exempt | It is the primary duty of the Host Coordinator to assist the Casino Marketing Manager, Marketing Executives, Executive Hosts, Casino Hosts, Marketing Hosts and Branch Office Executives with all reservations and servicing our High-End customers. All duties are to be performed in accordance with the department and property policies. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Operate multiple computer systems. | Input reservations into the appropriate booking system accurately and in a timely manner. | Process reservations for Beau Rivage Hosts: Marketing Executives, Executive Hosts, Casino Hosts and Marketing Hosts. | Process reservations for Branch Office Executives. | Occasionally process reservations for Executive Director of Casino Marketing and Customer Development Executives on an as needed basis. | Complete all revisions and cancellations as requested. | Answer incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner. | Maintain reservation queues/forms/requests. | Occasionally call and assist casino customers regarding reservations. | Occasionally process Credit Card transactions in accordance with our PCI regulations. |

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | KSAs | Excellent verbal, written and communication skills. | Excellent computer skills and ability to operate multiple computer systems. | Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Players Club/Patron Management, Opera, VIPR, Tour Partner, Cleo and other relevant software is preferred. | Strong organizational skills required. | Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette. | Professional appearance and demeanor. | Ability to use good judgment in decision-making. | Must understand company’s complimentary policy |
