Job Profile Title: | Coord Industrial Claims | Job Code: | 15111-2 | Profile Title: | 15111-2 Risk Management Coordinator | Grade / Band: | 06 | FLSA Status: | Non-Exempt | Provide overall administrative support for the department, handle property loss and damage claims, pursue 1st Party subrogation claims, submit Notice of Tender when applicable, and oversee the administrative function of the Certificates of Insurance program. All duties are to be performed in accordance with The Mirage and Corporate Risk Departmental policies, practices, and procedures. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Print Executive Brief Reports for review with Director and set up assigned claims and initiate handling. | Responsible for data entry of claims into database software. | Coordinate with departments to obtain additional documentation for the investigative function of the claim. | Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while communicating with patrons and have the ability to handle complex customer phone calls. | Process check requests and payments in connection with claim management. | Review Certificate of Insurance and submit requests for corrections to the certificate to meet company standards as set for by contractual documentation. | Answer phone calls, take messages when necessary, and order supplies for the department as needed. |
