Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Perform a variety of non-routine administrative duties for the Director of Poker Operations | Answer multi-line phones while taking detailed, accurate messages | Maintain confidential files for Poker Game Administration and honor the integrity of all information | Monitor inventory of departmental office supplies and requisitions items as needed | Assist in prioritizing and scheduling appointments as well as maintaining the calendar in the Poker Game Administration area | Keep Director of Poker Operations informed of all pertinent information regarding specific activities and irregularities | Serve as the department’s payroll editor | Book all Poker guest reservations |
