All duties are performed in accordance with department guest service standards and MGM Resorts International policies, practices and procedures. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department | Provide the highest level of customer service to all guests | Assist with all group, wedding, convention and leisure reservations | Assist individual guests who are Inquiring about reservations | Communicate group information to the Front Desk to ensure a high quality of customer service | Send guest correspondence as needed | Prepare customer invoices and processes payments |
