You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Refill crepe menu products, viennoiserie, pastries, gelato, ice coolers, reach-in beverage coolers, reach-in pantry coolers and condiment drawer | Communicate with management, chef and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or employees | Knowledgeable of retail pastry for wedding and special occasions | Prepare and serve food and beverage items | Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment | Properly label date on products used in crepes | Clear tables and counters, sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests when there is no crepe order | Use and clean equipment such as crepe machine, whipped cream machine, warmer, juicer, coffee maker, toaster, Panini machine, blender, soda machine, oven and steamer | Maintain stock volume by restocking the sales floor, receive, unpack and put away deliveries |
