Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Receives and delivers all food items or kitchen equipment(s) from one to another designated area for the banquet functions in a | safe and timely manner even at a rapid speed or under pressure. | Keeps and organizes banquet event orders. | Reads and understands interdepartmental transfer requisitions. | Follows correct inventory control and receiving procedures. | Communicates properly and follows direction of Convention Services Team, Room Chefs and Executive Chef |
