As a Deployment Engineer, you will be responsible for generating new and innovative solutions to complex problems and propose improvements to processes.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Analyze hardware & software needs for planning of projects and make recommendations based on requirements
Generate new and innovative solutions to complex problems and propose improvements to processes by taking a broad perspective to problems, and identifying new, less obvious solutions
Document project metrics for presentation to Senior Management, and coordinate tasks for deployments
Manage project deployments appropriately to deliver upon committed project goals within assigned scope of responsibility
Coordinate with outside vendors for project implementation
Work with end users both pre & post deployment to ensure verification of successful product delivery
Develop software automation scripts, and documentation for deployments
Ability to train and lead property technicians or contingent workers for project implementation
Work on hardware and software issues on company and non-company supported devices

Knowledge of system and integration level testing	Preferred
Strong quality assurance background	Preferred
Basic fluency in command line scripting or higher - A+ Certified	Preferred
MCP or higher	Preferred

Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms

Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
