Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Utilize improvisation and theatrical performance techniques while performing all duties, including physical participation while greeting, escorting, providing clear directions, and supporting pre & post-show Meet and Greets to all customers of the show | Interact with other improvisational “Gatekeepers” and performers in a constructive, non-competitive manner to achieve maximum entertainment value to the customers | Understand and incorporate aesthetic feedback, performance notes, and processional coaching from theater leadership | Ensure customer expectations are met while maintaining the aesthetic environment in delivering superior customer service and actively participating in theater safety | Assist the performance through the accurate and timely preset and execution of production cues throughout the theater including the placement, retrieval, management, and handoff of props, escorting pre-selected and ad hoc audience participants during the show, prepping the house during changeover between performances | Maintain awareness of all the property restaurants, services, shows, events and property amenities | Keep leadership apprised of all unusual situations, customer concerns, and other irregularities as required | Perform other job-related duties as requested |
