The Spa Hos will set the stage for guest experience with a welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, the candidate will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations

Follow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies

Maintain spa facilities and locker areas ensuring they are well stocked, and in tidy and sanitary condition at all times, and  assist them with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities

Assist guests in the booking of spa services via spa software, direct guests to their appointments, manage cash bank daily,  and retain knowledge of spa/salon services, products and booking software

Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
