This role serves as the primary on-shift resource for Spa Hosts, providing guidance, coaching, and operational support to ensure seamless service delivery, efficient operations, and adherence to spa standards. Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the Spa Host team to ensure exceptional guest service and operational excellence. | Serve as the primary resource for Spa Hosts during assigned shifts by providing guidance, support, and direction. | Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to luxury hospitality standards. | Support the onboarding and training of new Spa Hosts and assist with ongoing team development. | Facilitate daily pre-shift meetings to communicate business needs, VIP arrivals, special events, group bookings, and operational priorities. | Foster a collaborative and positive team environment focused on guest satisfaction and service excellence. | Assist with assigning daily responsibilities, coordinating break schedules, and ensuring adequate coverage throughout the operation. | Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service that exceeds expectations and creates memorable spa experiences. | Welcome and orient guests to spa facilities, services, amenities, and wellness offerings. | Guide guests through available amenities, including relaxation lounges, conservatory, sauna, steam rooms, whirlpools, locker facilities, and pool balcony areas. | Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide assistance throughout the guest journey. | Address guest concerns promptly and professionally while supporting service recovery efforts when necessary. | Ensure all guest interactions reflect the highest standards of luxury hospitality and wellness service. | Oversee opening and closing procedures to ensure operational readiness and completion of required checklists. | Facilitate the daily flow of guest reception, appointment coordination, treatment scheduling support, and group bookings. | Monitor guest traffic and operational activity to maintain efficiency and service quality. | Partner with Spa Attendants, Service Providers, Salon Team Members, and leadership to ensure seamless communication and execution of services. | Maintain awareness of facility conditions and ensure public spaces are clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready. | Identify and communicate maintenance, safety, or operational concerns in a timely manner. | Support spa reservation and scheduling functions to maximize appointment utilization and guest satisfaction. | Assist with coordinating VIP visits, group experiences, and special events. | Promote spa services, treatment enhancements, memberships, packages, and retail offerings. | Educate guests and team members on current promotions, services, and products. | Support departmental goals through effective service recommendations and retail awareness. | Assist with operational documentation, daily reports, and communication logs. | Ensure adherence to cash handling procedures and payment processing standards. | Document guest concerns, service recovery actions, and operational follow-up as required. | Communicate guest feedback, service trends, and operational opportunities to Spa Leadership | Participate in departmental meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement initiatives. |
