All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and policies, practices and procedures. | | | | | |
Principal Duties & Responsibilities | Greet guests when they enter the outlet, determine what comps, points or awards guests have and finally complete the payment transaction through the POS system. | Determine the size of the party and any special needs for seating, work with their team to locate and assist guests to their seating/table. | Thank guests as they exit the buffet and assist with any final guest needs or questions. | Maintain a clean and sanitary work area to include the cashier box, dining room and service stations. | Perform other job‐related duties as requested. |
